Easy Cooking Japanese Recipe

      Konnichiwa! Greetings . I just want to share this recipe you might want to  try  especially  those who loves to eat Asian cuisine  i was wondering of some ingredients available in your place or supermarket or maybe you can look for imported stores near you  or wholesale for imported ingredients and spice.
     If you already visited Japan before i am sure you already tried different  noodles or ramen they call it, sushi, sashimi, udon,yakisoba,teriyaki and a lot more. But for those who  want to try or cook for their family here are the recipe you need to do.

CHICKEN KATSU

Preparation 10 minutes
Cook 10 minutes
Ready in 20 minutes

Ingredients

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - pounded to 1/2 inch thickness
 salt and pepper to taste
 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
 1 egg, beaten
 1 cup panko bread crumbs
 1 cup oil for frying, or as needed

Procedure

1. Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper. Place the flour, egg and panko crumbs into separate shallow dishes. Coat the chicken breasts in flour, shaking off any excess. Dip them into the egg, and then press into the panko crumbs until well coated on both sides.

2. Heat 1/4 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place chicken in the hot oil, and cook 3 or 4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.


 CHICKEN YAKISOBA

Ingredients
Preparation 20 minutes
Cook 15
Ready in 35 minutes


 2 tablespoons canola oil
 1 tablespoon sesame oil
 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into bite-size pieces
 2 cloves garlic, minced
 2 tablespoons Asian-style chile paste
 1/2 cup soy sauce
 1 tablespoon canola oil
 1/2 medium head cabbage, thinly sliced
 1 onion, sliced
 2 carrots, cut into matchsticks
 1 tablespoon salt
 2 pounds cooked yakisoba noodles
2 tablespoons pickled ginger, or to taste (optional)

 Procedure 

 Heat 2 tablespoons canola oil and sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir chicken and garlic in hot oil until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir chile paste into chicken mixture; cook and stir until chicken is completely browned, 3 to 4 minutes. Add soy sauce and simmer for 2 minutes. Pour chicken and sauce into a bowl.


 Heat 1 tablespoon canola oil in the skillet over medium-high heat; cook and stir cabbage, onion, carrots, and salt in hot oil until cabbage is wilted, 3 to 4 minutes.


 Stir the chicken mixture into the cabbage mixture. Add noodles; cook and stir until noodles are hot and chicken is no longer pink inside, 3 to 4 minutes. Garnish with pickled ginger.
